| When I was 1st diagnosed with cancer in June of 1998, my immediate thought was, “No, I need more time.” More time to watch my 4 children grow up, who ranged in age from 18 months to 12 years. More time to fulfill my dreams as well. I was lucky. With early diagnosis and aggressive treatment, I am in complete remission. I have the time I wanted. I am now running to help give others the time they need.
