| The Adventure TEAM Challenge, (formerly called The Real Deal) is a unique, push-the-envelope, inclusive problem-solving adventure that celebrates true diversity and emphasizes how much more effective we can be by working together as a TEAM. The Adventure TEAM Challenge is a multi-day, multi-sport TEAM-building wilderness adventure challenge. TEAMs made up of 5 athletes, two with disabilities and three without, work together meet the challenges of the terrain. The event was conceived by Erik Weihenmayer. |
