The annual Rt. 66 Red Carpet Ride is a joint effort between the towns of Wilmington, Braidwood, Godley, Braceville and Exelon. Held in conjunction with the Illinois Route 66 Red Carpet Corridor Festival on the first full weekend in May each year, the ride presents a unique opportunity to experience Historic U.S. Route 66, engage in healthy family fun and raise funds for a worthy cause.

The 2011 ride will benefit OPERATION MOMS Cookies Inc. NFP, celebrating 10 years of, Sending Comfort, Caring & Support to our Troops Overseas.

All Contributions directly support MOMS Programs while sending an empowering message of support and thanks along with lessening the financial and emotional burden on families here at home! Your contribution will provide the funding needed for our deployed Service Members to receive Global Phone Cards, our MOMS "Box of Home", Buddie Share to Unit Support Boxes filled with MOMS Individual "Mission Care Packs", Necessities, and requested items from home!
