About This Activity

A triathlon training program that offers comprehensive coaching in all three disciplines: Waves/Swim, Wind/Run and Wheels/Cycle. The highest caliber coaches in Colorado will provide the elite training you have been looking for with a manageable time commitment at an affordable investment in a friendly environment with like-minded women. Expanded programming through August 21st including 2 brick workouts a week. Wednesdays: Swimming/Biking bricks at Chatfield. Thursdays: Biking/Running bricks at various locations.
Past Programming: Indoor Swimming/Waves I Program-A 12 week comprehensive indoor swim program that provides detailed focus on every aspect of freestyle swimming, including bi-lateral breathing, proper stroke mechanics, streamline body position (balance/rotation) and a strong kick. You will learn all of the essentials to feeling comfortable and confident in the water. Each session will begin with a skill development clinic to enhance your efficiency in the water followed by a workout to implement your new skills. Running/Wind Program-An 8 week comprehensive running program that provides detailed focus on every aspect of running from the importance of a proper warm up to speed and strength drills that will ensure proper running form and tips to fuel properly and prevent injuries. You will learn all of the essentials to feel effortless and energetic out on your runs. Each session will begin with a skill development clinic to enhance your adaptability both on the track and out on the road followed by a track workout to implement your new skills. Cycling/Wheels Program-An 8 week comprehensive cycling program that provides detailed focus on every aspect of cycling from the importance of a bike fit to the skill required to change a tire and conduct basic bike maintenance to tips on braking, shifting, cornering, cadence, climbing and descending. You will learn all of the essentials to feel powerful in the saddle and passionate about riding. Each session will begin with a skill development clinic to enhance your readiness out on the road followed by a workout to implement your new skills. Open Water Swimming/Waves II Program-A 6 week comprehensive open water swim program that provides detailed focus on every aspect of open water swimming from necessary equipment, the point and peep sighting method, drafting techniques and tips on entry and exit strategies. You will learn all of the essentials to feel strong and secure in the open water. Each session will begin with a skill development clinic to enhance your competency in the open water followed by a workout to implement your new skills.
