For older adults or those who are newer to yoga and are interested in a slower-paced, gentle class. We will start sitting in a chair and then use the chair for support in standing poses as needed. We will come down to the floor, using the chair to assist in getting up and down if needed, and do some wonderful stretches to increase flexibility and relieve tightness, stiffness and discomfort. Finishing up with deep relaxation, you will leave class feeling rested, relaxed and renewed. No need to be fit or flexible - join us and breathe, stretch and relax. Taught by Kerry Duma, 200-hour RYT certified through Alignment Yoga. Please bring a yoga mat to class.
