Yoga is changing to a new instructor and a new schedule! Joni Kyle, RYT 200, will offer an upbeat flowing yoga on Monday and Wednesday nights. No yoga classes will be offered on Thursdays in 2013. This guided approach to yoga will help improve strength, flexibility, and reduces tension with the combination of breath and movement. Wear clothing suitable for exercise and movement. No shoes are needed, practice in either socks or bare feet. Yoga mats are available, or you can bring your own.
