Piyo Core (Mon.) - Sess. 1

About This Activity

Piyo Core is a unique class that combines yoga poses and pilates mat exercises with a small fitness ball to build CORE strength, increase flexibility and achieve greater stability.  PiYo Core will work the entire body by shaping, toning and tightening major muscle groups.  The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that's fun and challenging.
