In Jazzercise you will find all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels; in other words, people just like you! Instructors demonstrate both challenging movements and low-impact variations. Instructors can provide personal training tips to customize workouts for those with fitness challenges.
Jazzercise blends aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing movements into fun dance routines set to fresh new music. Jazzercise gets results - weight loss, more energy, stress reduction- all the benefits of exercise and having FUN while doing it.
New members are welcome to join us every day without any appointment. To begin, just come to the most convenient class time and day.
