- Teaches the 5 Pillars of Open Water Swimming
Many triathletes struggle with both relaxing and feeling balanced in the water. Our goal is to give you access to 1) improved confidence, 2) better balance and 3) increased efficiency in the water.
You will learn drills specific to developing and reinforcing balance and efficiency. You will learn key open water tips that will result in you being a more confident swimmer.

Allday - Swim Analysis in Endless pool
6- 6:30pm Meet and greet
6:30 - 8pm - Open Water Swim Lecture
8 - 10am Open Water Swim Clinic, Joe Pool Lake, Lynn Creek Park
10:30 - 11:30am Strength Training
11:30 - 11:45am Stretching and recovery
11:45am - 1:15pm Lunch with the coaches
1:30 - 2:30pm Nutrition lecture
3:00 - 4:30pm Pool swim + Drills
