Weekly Training Sessions

Open Water Swims, Monthly - August 17th & September 21st

Pool Swims, Weekly - August: Mondays at 6:00AM; September: Tuesdays evenings (Time TBA) (No swim on 9/3)

Bike - Weekly, Saturdays at 7:00AM

Run - Weekly, Thursdays at 6:00PM; "brick" runs often on Saturdays after bike rides

Strength - selected Wednesdays at 6:00AM

Workouts with the Playtri Club every weekend!!
