Let us help you train for the Too Hot To Handle 5K (race day is July 14, 2013) and Neon Splash Dash 5K (race day is September 21, 2013) .This program is designed for the beginner runner who wants to see how they can progress through the summer by doing two 5Ks on similar courses.
We will take you through two different periodizations to help you progress from a foundational 5K race to a fast 5K race.
Training program includes:
- 16-week training program
- 2 levels of schedules: beginner run/walk to the finish line and race to the finish line
- Tuesday morning and Thursday evening group workouts
- Strength training
- Sunday long mileage
- Coached by certified coaches
- Race course review
- Mechanics Workshop
