Open Water Swims- June 15th & July 27th
Swim - Weekly Swim (Time and Day TBA)
Bike - Weekly, Saturdays at 8:00AM
Run - Weekly, Thursdays at 6:00PM; "brick" runs often on Saturdays after bike rides
Strength Training - selected Wednesdays at 6:00AM
