Instruction encompasses all skill levels: BEGINNING FABRICATION: In the beginning classes, students will learn the skills and techniques and use of tools to create their own jewelry and will focus on learning the basics: cutting, sawing, drilling, piercing, doming, texturing, shaping, annealing, soldering, fusing, bezel stone setting, filing, sanding, grinding, and polishing. Instruction is individualized as you progress to more complex design and construction techniques. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED FABRICATION: Students will work on more complex projects, furthering their fabrication skills and craftsmanship and will have an opportunity to expand and refine their skills as they work on Independent projects, as well as learning new techniques. Students will explore advance stone setting, including tube settings and fancy bezels, fold forming, hollow construction and mechanisms. Students advance at their own pace.
