3nd Annual event with new things for 2013...Run through the entire town of Dahlonega, and experience a 4th of July Celebration right out of a Norman Rockwell painting.
After you finish the race, we're going to start the party early. You can bring the entire family to cheer you on, or let them participate too. There's a 10K, 5K, and a Fun Run for the kids. We'll have games and booths at the finish for you to enjoy until the rest of the City get's their activities going: Car show, parade, tons of activities, and an amazing fireworks display to finish the night.

Wednesday July 3...Early packet pickup at Dahlonega Chamber of Commerce 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Thursday July 4...6:30 am packet pick up; 7:30 am 5k/10k start; 9:00 am Fun Run Starts
Awards in both races...Overall Male & Female, Overall Masters (40+) Male & Female, 5 year age groups starting at 10 & under through 65+. Top 3 finishers in Fun Run receive awards.
T-shirt & goodies
All participants registered by 6/25 are guaranteed your size Technical shirt. Women can order a Women's Cut shirt. All registrations afterwards will receive a unisex shirt while supplies last. We'll also have some great goodies and finisher souvenirs.
The Fun Run will be for kids of all ages...it's non timed, and all registered participants will receive a t-shirt and the same finish line goodies as the 5k & 10k. If you want to run with your kids, your welcome to do so, but no shirt or goodies unless you register.
Late Registration & Day of Registration
Late registrations are welcome, shirts will be 1st come 1st serve. Registrations on July 3rd or 4th will be $5 additional.
All races combined will be capped at 500...REGISTER EARLY!
After the race, stick around for a wonderful day in the North Georgia Mountains, and festival that lasts through the last firework that night.
