The Fourth Annual Dusty Rail Rally will be held in Trilby, Florida - a small town born as a result of the major railroad line running through it. As a participant, you'll get to experience this characteristic by running on a portion of the old tracks (now a well-manicured paved trail). The race starts and ends at Trilby Masonic Lodge, the site of the post-race southern breakfast, complete with all the fixin's! The course will take you on local hard roads, dirt roads (participants WILL get Dusty!), and the old railroad trail. The course is not hilly, but the surrounding area is, and makes for a beautiful drive through the country. Handmade Railroad Spike Awards for top finishers and wooden Crossbuck Awards for age group winners are sure to inspire competition.
And perhaps most importantly, proceeds from the Rally will benefit the local Boy Scout Troop 375!
