Explore the scenic and historic country roads of Prince William Parish on a 62-mile or 35-mile ride as you pass by bucolic farms, sporting Plantations and historic churches. Join in the ride and help the Yemassee Revitalization Corporation celebrate our South Carolina Lowcountry heritage.
o Ride starts promptly at 8:00 am. 62-milers head out first, immediately followed by the 35-milers. Line-up starts at 7:45 am.
o Check-in and registration are open 6:30 am - 7:30 am. Riders can also check in the prior evening, October 15, 2010, 4pm - 7pm at Buckfield Plantation.
o At check-in, riders can pick up their historical map, cue sheet and t-shirt.
o Lunch at Buckfield Plantation: noon - 2pm
Lunch includes choice of grilled burgers or chicken breast sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, pickle & condiments, baked beans and cole slaw, boiled peanuts, sheet cake, water, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

Additional Information
o This is not a race.
o Rides are fully sagged. A SAG vehicle will patrol the route. The last rider must be in by 1pm.
o Rest stops will be provided every 15 miles stocked with water, sports drinks, crackers and fruit. Toilets will be available at rest stops.
o Mechanic support will be available prior and during ride for basic adjustments.
o Bring extra tube and patch kit, pump and tire levers.
o Mechanic support will help with bike repairs wherever possible, but everyone is responsible for their own maintenance.
o First aid will be available.
o The tour takes place rain or shine. All entries are non-refundable.

o Helmets are required for all riders.
o Bring water bottles or another hydration system, sunglasses and sunscreen, and photo identification.
o Cyclists must be 16 years or older.
o Everyone under 18 years old must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
o All riders must sign a liability waiver.
o Each rider must register himself or herself, as each person must check the event waiver.
Refunds
No refunds will be given if events are canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.
