Additional Information

A knock off from the popular TV Show, Amazing Race, this event will challenge you and your partner physically and mentally. Come and celebrate the end of summer and the beginning of fall with a full day of fun! YES, you CAN do it! You’ll feel so amazing once you finish. About the Amazing Race: You will enter the event with a partner and you must complete all stages of the event and finish together. It’s a fun opportunity for husbands/wives, mothers/daughters, fathers/sons, best friends, co-workers, cousins etc to participate in a fun and active challenge. If you are having a hard time convincing someone, let us know and we’ll try to pair you with another client. About the Bike Ride: You will ride approximately 15-20 miles together. Teams will be given directions and will also be responsible for navigating the course (which is relatively simple to follow). The ride is relatively flat. Throughout the ride, there will be various fun physical and mental challenges that you and your partner will be asked to complete. This is a fun ‘grass-roots’ event so we won’t be timing your performance and the course is an open-course so you’ll need to watch and obey all traffic signals and road rules. Just have fun! Helmets are required by all riders. About the Run/Walk/Orienteering: Once you and your partner return from your bike ride, you will be given a map and a set of instructions. This stage will require approximately 2 miles of walking/running/orienteering.
