Carlos Sastre Wins the 2008 Tour de France

For the second year in a row, a Spaniard has won the Tour de France. Carlos Sastre broke away from the contenders on l'Alpe d'Huez during Stage 17 and never relinquished the yellow jersey. Quick Step's Gert Steegmans outsprinted Gerald Ciolek in the final meters to win Stage 21. Read More
