The Mt. Nebo Century Challenge is one of Utah's most challenging road courses. The course was picked for it's level of difficulty in order to parallel those challenges faced by those it benefits. This ride is no Sunday stroll! Those that participate will push themselves to new levels climbing the Nebo pass, crossing through the Uinta National Forest and climbing to a staggering height of over 9300 feet. So come prepared or stay home!!! It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.
The Mt. Nebo Century Challenge is one of Utah's most breathtaking century rides. Mt. Nebo scenic byway, normally thought of as a quiet and lazy "sunday drive", will take on a whole new meaning when conquered from the seat of your bike. Take the challenge and ride this memorable route, featuring part of the 2010 Tour of Utah course. Enjoy panoramic views of Utah Valley, the Wasatch Mountains, Utah Lake, and an up close and personal view of Mt. Nebo, the tallest mountain in the Wasatch Range. The course crosses the Uinta National Forest between the cities of Payson and Nephi rising to a staggering height of over 9,300 feet. Leaving Nephi riders pass through beautiful Goshen Canyon, one of Utah's rare and hidden gems. This is a fully supported charitable ride. You decide "What Moves You?" by choosing the charity that receives your donation. Select your charity from one of three areas; Health and Wellness, Education, and Humanitarian Aid.
