Additional Information

The 50-mile course is for serious riders who've been in training for some time. We don't suggest you attempt this ride unless you are in top condition. Grueling is the word of the day here. This ride takes you through Mira Mesa, Sorrento Valley, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Del Dios Highway, Rancho Bernardo, Poway and Scripps Ranch. The 28-mile ride is designed for both the dedicated and weekend riders. It takes you on a clearly marked course through parts of Rancho Penasquitos, Santaluz, Del Sur, Rancho Bernardo and Poway. It includes some serious hills such as Pomerado hill up from Poway to Scripps Ranch. The 12-mile ride is designed as a family fun ride. It is an easy ride with a half-mile hill climb, then around Lake Miramar two times and down the hill to Hoyt Park where the festivities await. Dust off the bikes, air up the tires and if you like take your bike over to our sponsor Black Mountain Bicycle to get it checked out before the day of the event. Then join us at the corner of Hibert and Scripps Ranch Boulevard for the start of a day of fun in the sun in Scripps Ranch.
