1. You must have an annual USAC license. You cannot enter with a one-day license or a foreign license. 2. You must be a USA Citizen or a Permanent Resident. If your license has an "N" for Citizen, you will be not be able to register for the race. 3. Riders who meet the entry requirements, but live outside the SCNCA territory, can compete but are not eligible for any title, medal, or jersey. The three top spots are reserved for the first three SCNCA riders.

Historic Barrio Logan is in downtown San Diego! From I-5 south, take “Cesar Chavez Parkway” (Crosby St.) off-ramp exit, go straight to Beardsley St., and park in the area off the race course. Access to the race course and Expo areas is for pedestrians, bicycles, emergency vehicles and residents only.
Register by May 1st. Unattached riders (Except M5 and W4) add $5. Extra races are $10 each (after paying higher fee). Riders under 18 years are required to have signature of parent or guardian on Standard Release Form. Fees include $3 USA Cycling insurance.
Opens at 6:15 a.m. All pre-registered riders must sign in 30 minutes prior to event. Valid USA Cycling license required.
Held under USA Cycling race permit. All USA Cycling rules apply. Helmets must be worn at all times while you are on your bike. “Wheels in/wheels out” mechanical/wheel pit support provided. Free lap rule in effect until 5 laps to go. Prizes will be presented as soon as time permits at start/finish area. All awards will be given out in a championship style ceremony. Must be present to receive awards. UCI Continental teams are eligible. Race held rain or shine.

Community health fair provided by the Logan Heights Family Health Center, complete with health screenings, free immunizations for children, free pregnancy testing, food, refreshments, music and entertainment.
