Brief Description

Welcome to the TOUR De SAFFORD. This is a great family event. Our premier event is our 104/68/33 mile bicycle race. We also hold a half marathon as well as a 5k race the same day. Bring the family and enjoy the antique/military aircraft display. F16s will fly in that morning from Davis Monthan AFB. There is a classic car show, motorcyle show and some great live band entertainment as well. Bring the family and enjoy a beautiful day at Safford Regional Airport.

Automatic Platinum

All perimeter bicycling Platinum designated riders will be automatic Platinum for this first Tour De Safford 104 mile event. ALSO, Platinum time for the Tour de Safford is under 5 hours for men and under 5 1/2 hours for women. If you Platinum in the Tour De Safford, you will be Platinum designated for Perimeter bicyling events as well.

Timed Event, Tshirts, Medals

All riders will wear timing chips and Tshirts and Medals will be given.

El Tour de Tucson endorsed

Perimeter Bicycling has endorsed the Tour De Safford as the final training ride prior to El Tour De Tucson.
