We invite you to join us and experience our three routes offering exceptional scenery. Start training early and come prepared for a great day of cycling! Entrance to Whitney High School will be well marked.
Trailhead Coffee & Cycling Lounge is supplying the coffee and energy bars for your continental breakfast.
Our well-marked routes were chosen for lighter vehicular traffic and offer a variety of terrain. As always, riders will be supplied with accurate, easy-to-read route sheets and our ever-courteous and knowledgeable SAG personnel will be available to provide needed assistance.
Rest stops will offer nutritious snacks and beverages to keep you riding strong. Rest Stop Volunteers will be staffed with club volunteers and local community residents who can share their knowledge and insight of the area. Experienced bike mechanics will be available at the rest stops to provide assistance should it be needed.
The routes offered will be a 40 mile, an "Almost Metric" Century (58 mile), and our Sierra Century (100 mile). You will travel through the historical towns of Lincoln, Camp Far West, Meadow Vista, Colfax, Applegate, Newcastle, and back to Rocklin for the finish.
All routes will be open at 6:00 a.m. and will close at 5:00 p.m. Century riders need to be on the road by 7:00 a.m. All riders must be on the road by 9:00 a.m. The ride will be held rain or shine. Sorry, but all payments are non-refundable.
The Century Riders Lunch Rest Stop will be at Sierra Hills Elementary School in Meadow Vista .

At the conclusion of you ride, your experience will be enhanced by a delicious pasta dinner complemented by fresh baked breads, lush salad and dessert. A perfect finish for your challenging day. Our post ride feast will be served from Noon until 6:00 p.m. Additional meal tickets may be purchased for $12.
Rules of the Road: SHARE THE ROAD! We are guests of Placer County. This ride takes place on roads that are shared with motorists. Stop at all stop signs, ride single file and obey the rules of the road. Do not obstruct traffic. ANSI or Snell approved helmets are mandatory. You should carry a spare tube, patch kit, tire pump and identification. CHP will be monitoring the roadways for your safety and have been encouraged to cite violators. This is a ride and not a race!

Merchandise: Sierra Century jerseys are available when you register for the ride. Please order early for best size availability. We will also be selling club merchandise at discounted prices during day of ride at the Merchandise Table along with our famous Sierra Century T-shirts (limited quantity available) will be available for purchase after the ride. Don't be disappointed, visit the Merchandise Table before riding out to reserve a shirt or your size may be gone before you return.
