RULES: ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR HELMETS! USAC requires all riders to wear helmets that meet ANSI Z90.4 or SNELL (Check inside helmet for label).

USAC rules require that clothing must cover shoulders. Training wheels must compete as bicycles. No Aero, Clip-on, or Profile bars allowed.

• Categories may be combined, based on number of entrants, but will be scored separately, All USAC rules in effect for public races.

• IN THE EVENT OF RAIN… the running of races will be determined on a race-by-race basis. PLEASE NOTE… All public racers are required to check-in, turn in their Release Form, and collect their race number and Redlands Bicycle Classic “Bag of S.W.A.G.” on Saturday, April 6, 2013 RAIN or SHINE.
