Brief Description

A 1/5-mile, timed, individual charge up Smith Street, from Roger Williams National Memorial to the RI State House, gaining 63 vertical feet--and miles of smiles!

Our mission is to take on overweight and obesity by helping people integrate bicycling for fitness, fun and transportation into their daily activities.

The Providence Hill Climb should excite everyone with a bike who likes a challenge, be they kids, commuters, messengers or rouleurs.

So bring your mountain bike, your city beater, your tandem, cruiser or your custom carbon Calfee and see how fast you can climb to the Capitol!

We're also providing our Cycle-for-Health class for kids throughout the event day!
