Registration starts at 7am, ride begins at 7:30am

Water and snack breaks along the route. Support vehicles also will be traveling along the route in case pick-ups back to start point is needed. Registration at 7am, ride at 7:30. Participants get food and drink pass, shirt and hopefully some other goodies to either raffle off or give away.

Why ride the

Two year old Boston Roques, has Desmoid Fibromatosis. Boston endured a 13 hour surgery that required 20 surgeons to remove a tumor from his lower jaw. There are only 7 cases worldwide for this surgery on a toddler. The surgeons ended up having to remove the entire mandible bone on one side of his jaw. They used bone from his left leg to build him a new jaw. The money raised from this ride will go to help the family with the medical bills associated with Boston’s past and future surgeries.

Choose your Miles

The ride will be a 40 mile bridge to bridge ride starting at Longview Recreation in Paulina, La. See street address to plug into your GPS. The Choose you Miles will allow riders to turn at any point along the route.

Additional Information

He is an incredibly strong willed child, and is compensating really well. A goal of his parents is to spread awareness about fibromatosis, and have Bostons struggle through this disease at just 2 yrs old, be as positive as possible.
