Brief Description

The 2013 Sweat-A-Fit will provide a quality indoor cycling, Zumba, and yoga event to raise money for a local charity. This event provides participants with a choice of 3 classes to chose from over a 9 hour period. Classes are Indoor Cycling, Yoga/Pilates, and Zumba.

Weather cancellation policy

In the event that severe weather occurs the week of the event, the event director may cancel or reduce the scope of the event for the safety of participants and equipment donors. In either case refunds will not be given.

Cycle Jersey for sale!

Teams

It is FREE to create a team! Email teams@sweat-a-fit.com with your team name and roster! All teams members must individually register.

DON'T MISS LANCASTER COUNTY'S 10TH ANNUAL SWEAT-A-FIT TO BE HELD AT Millersville University in Lancaster County PA. LETSMOVE is teaming up with local gyms, students, and the local community to raise money for The Occupational Development Center. Funds raised will be used to support adults with disabilities in Lancaster County. Mark your calendars now for an indoor cycling, yoga, and Zumba experience like no other!!

Date: Saturday, February 16, 2013, from 8am to 5pm

Whether you dance, ride or yoga for 1 hour or up to 9 hours, you'll be playing an important part in supporting local adults with disabilities.

Join individually or put a team together. Prizes will be awarded to the teams and individuals who participate for the most hours and/or raise the most money!

Registration fees:
• Individual: $30
• Students: $15
