Brief Description

Please join us for a day of cycling in the scenic Flint Hills to support the Sunflower CASA Project. Cycle CASA includes two supported rides—a metric century touring the Flint Hills (62 miles) and fun rides to either the Konza Prairie (15 miles round trip) or to McDowell Creek Community Center (30 miles round trip).

Support stops will include water, sports drink, fruit, snacks, and homemade cookies Post-ride cookout with burgers, hot dogs, and more Bicycle mechanics available at start/finish Roving support vehicle for emergencies Well-marked routes
