Take your passion for cycling to a new level during the 3rd Annual Haywood County Chamber of Commerce Blue Ridge Breakaway. The August ride will feature a Century, a Metric Century, a 40 mile ride and a 24 mile ride. There will be something for everyone!
All Routes will being at the Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center. Riders will explore mountain valleys near the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pisgah National Forest and in the shadow of Cold Mountain. The Century ride will also include 30 miles on the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. August in Western North Carolina provides sunny days and cool mountain temperatures, perfect for an adrenaline pumping ride through the mountains.
