Since it's inception, the Blue River Century has been a zero waste event!

Located in beautiful Summit County Colorado, the Blue River Century winds through portions of the Gore Range Mountains and follows the Blue River, for which the ride is named. Riders will be enchanted by views of Lake Dillon, the Continental Divide and the White River National Forrest.

The "Montezuma Metric", spends the first 45 miles with the main group of century riders. The metric is 62.1 miles with 3350 feet of gain. This is great for the cyclist who wants to challenge themselves with some climbing and mountain riding, with less miles than a century. This is for the beginner/intermediate cyclist.

For the century riders, at the final aid station, you can choose between 3 different finish options, allowing you to customize your mileage and climbing experience. The three finish options are:

Montezuma Route (intermediate): *101 miles, approx 6200 feet elevation gain

Arapahoe Basin (A-Basin) (intermediate) Route: 103 miles with approx 7340 feet elevation gain

Loveland Pass Challange (Advanced): 109 miles with approximately 8600 feet elevation gain.
