This year's event will feature 2 separate races:
A Sprint Race of 5 - 7 hours including running, rappelling, paddling, and mountain biking.
The Elite Race of 10-12 hours including running, mountain biking, paddling, rappelling, and orienteering.
The race categories are:
2 person female team under 40
2 person male team under 40
2 person co-ed team under 40
Single under 40
Master (over 40 - divided into same categorie
