Brief Description

Ride one or both days.
Each day choose your loop from three scenic and enjoyable rides measuring 35, 65 or 100 miles. These carefully planned routes are well marked and traverse rolling back country roads with picturesque scenery and minimum traffic—and you'll cross a dam! You’ll find the Hartwell area to be some of the best bicycle riding in the Southeast, with loops varying from moderate to challenging. Each day, your choice of a different 35, 65 or 100 mile loop!

Beginning and ending in Hartwell, Georgia (adjacent to beautiful Lake Hartwell and the Georgia/South Carolina border), you'll enjoy riding loops that traverse rolling back country roads with picturesque scenery and minimum traffic.

The Challenge of the Centuries is an official Bicycle Ride Across Georgia 2012 Training Ride!

On Saturday afternoon/evening, go downtown for local entertainment: Cars & Guitars car show and 2 stages of live music!
