Getting there from Fort Collins

Take College Avenue north. Take a right onto Terry Lake Road. After a couple miles, take a left onto CR 15, continuing north. Keep heading north until you reach Waverly School, which will be on your left.

Getting there from Denver

Take I-25 North. Take exit 269B to Fort Collins. This exit is immediately after the Ault exit. Head west for a few miles and then turn right onto College Avenue. Then follow the above directions.

3 Routes to Choose From

Choose from three different routes to ride. Each is unique in its own way!

24-Mile Route

This route is great for the beginner cyclist. An easy ride with flat roads, this route rides north into scenic farmland and open fields and back south to the town of Wellington, then heads northwest back to Waverly.

52-Mile Route

For the intermediate cyclist, this route follows a majority of the 24-mile route but continues south at Wellington past the Budweiser factory and into Fort Collins, riding much of what is called by many local cyclists as the "cement factory loop." A great ride with flat straight-aways, rolling hills, and a variety of scenery.

72-Mile Route

If you're in for the long haul, this route is for you. From flat farmland to the streets of Loveland, this route offers the most variety in both terrain and scenery. This route rides south through Timnath and into Loveland, then back north into Fort Collins alongside Hughes Stadium, winding into Laporte, and taking a drastic change in scenery back to Waverly.

Want to do a Century?

If the "long haul" is not long enough, you have the option of riding a Century. There's no designated course just for that distance but it's simple. To ride a Century, ride the 72-mile course and instead of turning right at the last turn to head back to Waverly, turn left and ride the 24-mile course.

Refunds

As with cycling tradition, the Pedal to the Point Bike Tour will take place rain or shine. Therefore, NO refunds will be provided.
