Registration Cap

The Triple Bypass is limited to 3,500 participants. Entry into the event is based on the first 3,500 registrations received.

Team Evergreen membership

You do not have to be a TE member to participate iin the Triple. You can sign up as a non member. If your membership was updated by January 5, 2010 you will see your name on the member list and receive the discounted price on the Triple. Others may join Team Evergreen after registration but will not receive the discount for the 2010 Triple.

Training Plans

Triple Bypass training plans are designed specifically for this event and offer access to a coach. Built for beginner to experienced riders with 4 options based on your ability and time to train.

OES provides these plans via TrainingPeaks, an on-line interface for coach and client with download capabilities and nutrition tracking. Plans include periodized training, recovery weeks with benchmark tests, a complete strength training plan and organized practice rides of the climbs. Learn More!

Carmichael Training Systems

New for 2010, Carmichael Training Systems - a leader in the coaching and training camp industry for 10 years - is offering a special Triple Bypass Training Camp on June 18-20. Complete details will be available at www.trainright.com or 866.355.0645.

Carmichael Training Systems (cont.)

This is your chance to preview the course and receive the guidance, tips, and training tools to have a successful and exhilarating Triple Bypass experience. Camp participants receive a complimentary entry into the 2010 event ($145 value).

Start line

There is no official start time for the ride. Riders may depart at their own convenience between 6:00 and 7:30 a.m.

Start line parking

The start line, registration and parking area will be at Bergen Park. Parking is available at specific area lots - PLEASE REFER TO RIDER PACKET OR THE TEAM EVERGREEN WEBSITE FOR LOCATIONS. Please note: parking is limited and riders are requested to arrange for drop-off. Any vehicles parked in areas not designated for parking will be towed at the owner's expense.

Aid stations

Five aid stations will be located on the course. Each station will be stocked with food, water, energy drinks, and portable toilets. RIDERS MUST WEAR WRISTBANDS (supplied with registration) to obtain food. Riders are encouraged to start before 7:30 a.m. as the Squaw Pass aid station will close at 10:30 a.m.

SAG support

SAG support will be available. SAG's will be prepared to transport you and your bicycle to the next aid station. Watch for the green Team Evergreen SAG magnetic signs on vehicles.

Finish Line Celebration and BBQ Feast

After your 120 mile ride, all riders can enjoy a BBQ Feast consisting of salad and potato bar, roasted chicken, hamburgers, veggie burgers, chocolate chip cookies and chilled lemonade. This is included in your registration fee. Additional BBQ meal tickets can be purchased for $20 on line or at the finish line.

Shuttles and Lodging

Shuttles will be available to take riders and their bikes to Evergreen start line. Reservations are required and payment of $70. Avon lodging packages include a complimentary ride to the start line if you stay at their properties. Additional shuttle and lodging information will be posted on www.teamevergreen.org.

No Refunds

All registration fees and collected contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance, including, without limitation, failure to participate in the Triple Bypass, for any reason, or the cancellation or rerouting of the Triple Bypass bicycle tour due to reasons beyond the control of Team Evergreen Bicycle Club, Inc. (such as road closures or forest fires).
