Additional Information

Daily Activities:

Bike Florida is a week long, fully supported bicycle camping tour that pedals along Florida’s scenic country roads, visiting world famous sites like the Daytona International Speedway, award winning state parks and breathtaking natural wonders. The tour is leisurely paced and designed to be a fun and relaxing vacation for cyclists of all ages and abilities. You will ride through historic Florida towns, along the Atlantic Coast, over scenic inlets, through wildlife refuges and along roads lined with beautiful oak trees covered with hanging Spanish moss. We will be hosted by historic Stetson University to experience the Florida Wildflower Festival, sing folk songs around a fire at Bulow Plantation and soak in the healing waters of DeLeon Springs State Park. Come join us for the fun, and bring along a friend to experience the joys of cycling in sunny Florida!

Tour Costs & Options:

Our “all inclusive” registration this year has several benefits not only for the ease of administration, but cheaper combined packaging. Because two of our overnight sites are campgrounds remote from restaurants, we have decided to find the best reputable caterers to provide healthy, excellent (and plentiful) meals on-site for all of our participants. Participants staying in hotels will be able to come on-site for meals as well. Lunches will still be an opportunity for you to pulse the local economies and visit quaint downtowns. We have combined our registration and meal plan into one fee. There is also the option of including a specially designed commemorative jersey for $65.00 (discounted from regular purchase price on site for $75.00). This jersey will make a great souvenir for this year’s ride or a wonderful gift for any cycling enthusiast.
