Additional Information

This ride event is a 100km/63 mile loop ride from America the Beautiful Park in downtown Colorado Springs to Monument for lunch/meetup with the Cycling For Change national team

The route will take riders from downtown Colorado Springs following a north eastern direction to the east side of the Black Forest where they will encouter rolling terrain as they head east to Monument. There will be a lunch stop in Monument and then the ride will head due south as it makes its way back to America the Beautiful Park.

The course is hilly along most of it's midway length, riders will climb ~1,200ft during the 100km's up to Monument and back to Colorado Springs.

We will have check-in starting @7:00 am on the morning of July 8th with the first group of cyclists departing @8:00am, 25 at a time in 5 minute intervals. This will allow for a staggered start and less roadway crowding as the cyclists proceed away from downtown.
