Gene Cerise – Friend To Our Youth

Gene Cerise was an avid cyclist and youth enthusiast who loved Cambria & the Central Coast. In 2001 he organized the first Country Coast Classic Bike Ride as a fundraiser for the Cambria Youth Center. Gene succumbed to leukemia in 2004 but his legacy continues. Today we are working to hold the 12th Annual Gene Cerise Memorial Country Coast Classic Bike Ride in support of the youth of Cambria by raising funds for the SLO County YMCA Cambria Teen Center. www.countrycoastclassic.org
