Where

The ride will begin and end at Williams Park, 940 South Locust Lane, Brownsburg, Indiana. From I-465, take I-74 west to Brownsburg exit (SR 267). Go south on SR 267 1.6 miles to traffic light at Tilden Drive. Go right on Tilden 0.2 miles. Go left on Locust Lane 0.4 miles to Williams Park entrance.

When

Sign in begins at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2010. The 45- and 62-mile riders will depart at 8:50; the 25-mile riders at 9:00; the 12-mile riders at 9:10.

Parking

Parking at Williams Park. Overflow parking at nearby churches on Locust Lane. Watch for signs on Locust Lane.

Couples and Pairs

Couples and pairs can save money on processing fees by registering under the Couples and Pairs category.

TEAM CAPTAINS

TEAM CAPTAINS MUST LOG IN TO HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR TEAM CENTER
Please click the "Register Now" button then choose the "Team Captains" Group, then choose your team type by number of team members you will have on the team. You will be able to Create that team and Register all at the same time. Once you have finished registering, please be sure to tell the rest of your team that they can now register under the team name you created.

Team Members

Please click on the green "Register Now" button to register. On the registration form, select your Team name from the drop down list of teams and continue with your registration. If you do NOT see your teams name in the drop down list please contact your team captain.

Individuals/Kids

Please click on the green "Register Now" button to register. Please choose the "Individuals/Kids" group then choose the correct category to register under. You should NOT be asked to choose a TEAM NAME.

Couples/Family

Additional Information

The 18th Annual B&O Bicycle Tour winds its way through Hendricks County, Indiana, crossing the future B&O Rail-Trail several times.

You can choose from 12, 25, 45, or 63 mile loops.

There will be a BBQ lunch and live music by Mike Whitlock. The lunch is included in the fee for registered riders. The first 500 registrants will receive a souvenir water bottle.

Where:
The ride will begin and end at Williams Park, located at 940 South Locust Lane, 2 blocks west of State Road 267 and 1/2 mile south of Tilden Dr.

The routes will provide several chances to see the proposed B&O Rail-Trail as the riders travel along the farmlands and gently rolling hills of northern Hendricks County.

Enjoy entry fee discounts and bring more visibility to your organization while helping raise money for the B&O Trail. Here’s how it will work.

TEAM COMPETITION:
Seven or more people can register as a team with discounts based on the size of the team. Team members must be affiliated with the same organization, such as a business, school, church, or service club. We will take a picture of all teams and display the winning teams in our publicity materials.

There will be two winners, the team with the most participants and the team that collects the most money. The winning teams will receive a plaque to hang on their organization’s “brag wall”.

To enhance team spirit and make the organization more visible, team members are encouraged to wear some kind of “costume” such as matching clothing or accessories.

Teams must be pre-registered by May 20, 2010. No same day registration for teams. As a price incentive, team members will receive the following discount off the regular individual fee, which is $20 per person.

7-10 riders: $17 per person
11-15 riders: $15 per person
16-25 riders: $12 per person
