Additional Information
For the last five years riders have responded positively to the routes, aid stations, picnic and just about every facet of the event. Locals have loved the challenge of new routes and the novelty of having their workout catered, while visitors have seized upon the cultural opportunities—everything from world class art to great theatre and music—offered by the region, to make the ride part of a great weekend. New this summer: we'll begin on the campus of Southern VT College, located just south of the Bennington Battlefield Monument (Just 2.5 miles south of Bennington College where we staged the event the last 2 yrs.).
The individual routes can be viewed at www.hoorwa.org after July 15: short narrative descriptions are below.
