Brief Description

The Gator Bike Ride is a non-competitive bike ride that benefits the Baytown Family YMCA’s Partners Campaign. Since its beginning in 1990, the Gator Bike Ride has grown to nearly 1,200 cyclists from all over the greater Houston area and throughout Texas. The ride is strongly supported by many Baytown civic organizations using over 300 volunteers. The ride is also an official MS 150 training ride.

Additional Information

The Gator Ride has 4 courses that allow for riders of all different experience levels to participate. The family course is approximately 5 miles long with three intermediate courses of 33, 43, 51 miles and a 62 mile ride for the serious cyclist. The 43 and 62 mile rides do cross over the Fred Hartman Bridge. Register and find out more at www.gatorride.org
