Refund Policy

No refunds or transfers of registrations will be allowed under any circumstances. The ride will take place rain or shine. In the event of an "Act of God" or natural disaster that prevents the safe execution of the event, the ride may be cancelled at the event director's discretion. Even in this unlikely circumstance, ride registration fees will not be refunded as the event is 100% non-profit and the bulk of the event production costs will already have been incurred.
