Late Fee Notice

$10 Late fee after May 22nd for General and Discounted categories, but will be reduced to $5 since you will not be receiving a t-shirt. T-Shirts are only available for those who pre-register prior to May 22nd.

Details

This is an amateur participatory ride, open to cyclists of all abilities. There is a mass start in Crystal City and laps will be counted at the U.S. Air Force Memorial. The ride will utilize a 12.5 kilometer circuit in Arlington that riders can be challenged with up to 8 laps (100km) during the 3.5 hour ride.

Entry Fee Includes

T-Shirt (for pre-registrants prior to May 22nd only), Timing Chip rental, Finishers Medal, Refreshments and Active.com fee.

Team Intrepid

Help support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund through pledges made by members of Team Intrepid Heroes. 100% of pledges made will go to support this effort which will build the National Intrepid Center of Excellence in Bethesda, MD, an advanced facility dedicated to research, diagnosis and treatment of military personnel and veterans suffering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) and psychological health issues.

Team Intrepid Heroes

Team Intrepid Fee:
$55 non-refundable processing fee with a minimum of $150 pledge and must be met by 6/6/10. Fee includes: Ltd edition Team Intrepid jersey (available to the first 120 to register), T-Shirt (for pre-registrants PRIOR to May 22), Timing chip rental, finishers medal, access to Team Intrepid Recovery Tent and Active.com fee.

Incentives: Top Fundraiser receives the Yellow Jersey. Fundraising incentives at $1,000 (Green Jersey) and $2,500 (Polka-dot Jersey).

Corporate Challenge

$200 registration fee per Corporate Sponsored team. Up to 6 riders per team, but multiple teams within the same corporation allowed. $500 minimum pledge. Top three fundraising teams recognized on stage. Top three teams by laps completed recognized on stage. Each rider receives a medal. Fundraising deadline 6/6/10.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or transfers. If you are injured, then you (or a friend) could defer your entry to next year if you volunteer this year. Please click here to volunteer and be sure to tell us you are deferring to 2011.
