Brief Description

A Classic Mountain Bike Race

Race Start Schedule

* 10:15: Racers' meeting
* 10:30: Race begins: 12 starts in 2 minute intervals
* 1:30 -2:00: Awards

Awards, Prizes, Goodies

* T-shirt: no cost with pre-registration through March 30; $10 each for registration after March 30, 2009
* $100 purse each to first male and female pro finisher; $60/second; $30/third (not from each category)
* Custom trophies to top finishers in all categories
* Raffle held after race

Site and Course Specifics

* 22 mile circuit, hilly, smooth to medium-rough trails, service roads, double track and single track, lots of trees.... fun course
* Free parking, Showers
* No Camping
* No Alcohol
* Race is held on private land (PUC campus). NO PRE-RIDES!!
* Adventist college campus CLOSED SATURDAY TO ALL RIDERS!!

Racing License

* One year license required for Pro/Expert
* One day racing license sold race day:
* License includes secondary accident/medical coverage ($1,000 deductible - if you don't have primary coverage $5,000 deductible)

Race Specifics

* All NORBA rules apply
* ANSI-Shell approved helmets mandatory during race and race day practice
First Aid: EMT's on race course and at finish line
