Brief Description

In 2010 Katelynn’s Ride raised $140,000 totaling well over 1.3 million dollars in the past 10 years to fund research and treatment in the fight against cancer. Please join Dan, Kim, Steven, and the Battista Family as they share Katelynn’s courage and continue the fight against cancer through the 11th Annual Katelynn's Ride.

Rider Registration

Opens February 1, 2011. Fees: 18 years and older as of 6/5/2011: registration is $30 and minimum fundraising is $300. Under 18 years of age as of 6/5/2011: registration is $30 and minimum fundraising is $100.

Please click the yellow CREATE YOUR TEAM button near the top right-hand side of THIS page to create your team. Once your team has been created, please return to this page and click on the green REGISTER NOW button, then select TEAM REGISTRATION and register as part of your team.

Team Registration: RIDERS

Please click on the green REGISTER NOW button to register. Select TEAM REGISTRATION. On the registration form, select your Team name from the drop down list of teams, then continue with your registration. If you do NOT see your team's name in the drop down list, please contact your team captain.

Who benefits from Katelynn's Ride

Again this year you will be given the choice of where you would like your donations to go. You may choose between the Baystate Health Foundation, supporting Baystate Regional Cancer Programs Pediatric Oncology, or the Jimmy Fund in support of Dana Farber Cancer Institute, or both.

Welcome to our online volunteer registration! The spirit of Katelynn's Ride lives in our volunteers as it lives in all of us. By volunteering for KRide you can transform your energy, your compassion, and your encouragement into furthering cancer research and treatment. Katelynn's Ride volunteers make a difference, not only for the participants of Katelynn's Ride, but also in the lives of cancer patients.

In 2001, Katelynn’s Ride was formed in memory of eleven-year old Katelynn Battista of West Springfield who lost her battle with cancer in 1997. Over the past 10 years, the event has successfully raised more than 1.4 million dollars in the fight against cancer!
Each year we are inspired by the overwhelming support that we receive from our community. Together we are making a difference! Please join us as a sponsor, cyclist or volunteer as we set out to raise an additional $175,000.
Katelynn’s Ride is proud to provide hope and inspiration to cancer patients and their families at both the Jimmy Fund Clinic and Baystate Medical Center’s Sadowsky Center for Children.

START TIMES:

100 mile ride: 7:00am Registration begins at 6:00am
50 mile ride: 9:00am Registration begins at 8:00am
25 mile ride: 11:00am Registration begins at 10:00am
10 mile ride: 11:30am Registration begins at 10:30am

Anticipated finish for most cyclists is 1:00pm – 4:00pm
