Brief Description
These bike workouts held Saturday mornings (February 6th through March 13th) will be led by Tri Faster coaches Lauren and Todd Jensen. You may register for any one or all.
Each 90-minute workouts will be uptempo with intervals to help cyclists and triathletes get ready for the upcoming season.
These workouts are BYOBaT (Bring Your Own Bike and Trainer). A towel is also required. Doors will open at 7:00AM for setup and the workout will begin promptly at 7:15AM.
