Brief Description

The Grand Rapids Wheelman Bicycle Club was organized in late March of 1970. In April, a constitution was written, and in October, an election of officers took place. The first planned rides were held bimonthly. The Club was incorporated as the Rapid Wheelman Inc. in 1978. Now, weekly rides and Time Trials are regularly scheduled.

Additional Information

The Rapid Wheelmen welcome new members of all abilities. Members receive a monthly newsletter, and are welcome on all club rides and monthly meetings. We welcome individuals, families, racers, tandem enthusiasts -- there is something for everyone. Come on out and make some new friends and improve your level of fitness!
