Brief Description

This 90 minute workshop will instruct attendees on how to build a world class long course (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run) training program from the ground up. Coach Jesse Kropelnicki will guide attendees using the same protocols that have produced multiple Ironman and HIM podiums, as well as Ironman champions, and countless Kona qualifiers. Jesse will also discuss and instruct on the commonly missed aspect of race day execution from both a pacing and fueling perspective.

About the instructor

This workshop will be led by Jesse Kropelnicki, an elite/pro level triathlon coach who founded QT2 Systems, LLC; a leading provider of personal triathlon and run coaching, as well as TheCoreDiet.com, a leading provider of sports nutrition. He is the triathlon coach of top professional American triathletes Caitlin Snow, Dede Griesbauer, Ethan Brown, and Tim Snow among others. Jesse is a regular contributor to Lava Magazine, and XTri.com and is a US Nation Team coach.

This 90 minute workshop will begin promptly at 11:00AM in the Lou Gehrig Lounge on the 3rd floor of Columbia University's Dodge Fitness Center.
