This is a BYOBaT (bring your own bike and trainer) workout that will allow you to practice your own bike position for maximum results.
If you do not have a stationary bike trainer to bring, please don't let that stop you from signing up. We have extras for a small rental fee ($5) from our sponsors! Contact Tri Faster to reserve one.
