This is a 50 minute indoor cycling class offered by fitness coach Amy Lawson, at Kennebec Valley Coaching.
You'll get the whole shebang...black lights, thumpin' beats, an a straight up sweat fest. If you work your very hardest, you can burn up to 1,000 calories during the course of the workout.
This class will increase your endurance, build aerobic capacity, burn fat, an make you a stronger cyclist once the snow melts.
And bonus! Indoor cycling is awesome cross training for runners!
