Prime of Life Yoga (Saturday, 6-week, Session 2)

About This Activity

This class offers an overall lifestyle approach to Yoga that inlcudes gentle poses, management of common aches and pains, calming and invigoration breathing techniques, stress reduction, and sleeping tips. 

Instructor: Denise Hughes of Rays of Yoga, lived in India for 15 years studying Yoga and has been teaching for the last 14 years.

Note: Please bring your own mat to class.
